What anti-interference/electromagnetic shielding coatings are available

In the medical, electronic, military industry are special purposes, often used on the anti-interference / electromagnetic shielding coating, the most common way is plated more than 3 microns of pure metal. The most commonly used metals, platinum, gold and silver, followed by titanium and copper.

The most commonly used vacuum coating processes are sputtering and evaporation coating.

For non-metallic substrate, it is required that the substrate can withstand high temperature above 8h150℃. In addition, non-metallic substrate coating, poor bonding, simple PVD process may not be able to meet the bonding requirements, need to improve the priming layer process.
