NanoCoat has obtained 56 core products, the most representative of which is the 7th generation of droplet-free SPARK7 technology platform. The cornerstone of the technical service industry is customer success and long-term partnerships. NanoShield currently has 11 vacuum coating plants in China, located in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Hubei, Hunan, Shaanxi, Shandong, Sichuan and Chongqing. Naxau CoatingIn Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, it has an overseas doctoral workstation, an academician workstation, and a provincial-level R&D laboratory.In 2022, Naxau added a new energy doctoral workstation, and has undertaken a variety of new energy projects. It has completed the preparation or industrialization of many technologies, such as bipolar plates, hydrogen energy storage, wind power bearings, composite fluid collectors, etc.

Over two decades of continuous exploration, Naxau Coating has grown from providing coatings exclusively for CNC cutting tools and diverse forming molds into a supplier serving multiple sectors: automotive, 3C, medical, new energy, semiconductor, electronics, aerospace, shipbuilding and food. Naxau’s New Application Laboratory keeps upgrading vacuum coating equipment and nanocoating technologies, constantly pushing the application boundaries of nanocoatings.
