Nash Coating Die Head Coating
NanoShield's PVD mirror die process is suitable for common narrow slit coating die heads, squeegee coated die heads, micro-concave coating, comma coating, and so on. NanoShield has rich experience in die head pre-treatment, defect detection, mounting, coating process and post-processing mass production, and is able to control the deformation of coated die head in the process to the micron level, and ensure that the bonding force reaches Grade A (Grade C is the national standard).

The surface of PVD coating can be observed under 10,000 times electron microscope to see the details that are not visible to the naked eye, in which the multi-arc ion plating and magnetron sputtering have many liquid droplets. The droplet-free platform of Nano SPARK 6 can deposit almost defect-free ionomer crystals, which can fully guarantee the stability of nanocrystal growth and the mirror-like quality of the nano-coated surface.
Nasi Mirror Mold Process
Nasi has titanium nitride TiN, chromium nitride CrN and many other special coatings for mirror molds. Surface roughness of 0.02-0.04μm, film thickness uniformity ± 15%. mirror molds, there are higher pretreatment and mold inspection requirements, and the use of customized packaging machine dedicated car. Nash has a perfect door-to-door supporting service capability.
