Nash Strategy - BLM Business Leadership Model

Nash Strategy - BLM Business Leadership Model, Business Leadership Model

Nash BLM Model Overview

Eight aspects of the BLM model

BLM model believes that the strategy formulation of an enterprise is divided into eight aspects, including: strategic intent, market insight, innovation focus, business design, key tasks, atmosphere and culture, talent, and formal organization. Their logic is: good planning should originate from strategy, which is the first step of strategic planning; then the insight of the market determines the depth of strategic thinking, because it helps us know clearly the future opportunities and challenges; after that what we have to think about is the focus of innovation and business design, because the innovation will capture more ideas and experience for us, and the business design is the landing point of strategic thinking. The next key task is the details of implementation. Formal organization is the guarantee to ensure the implementation, talent is the carrier of implementation, and the atmosphere and culture are the stimulation of the kinetic energy of talent to achieve the best effect of implementation.
