PVD coating surface, under 10,000 times the electron microscope can be observed in the naked eye can not see the details, which multi-arc ion plating and magnetron sputtering have many droplets.
To get nanomaterials right, you have to work on what you can't see with the naked eye. The cornerstone of a nano-coating is the molecular clusters in each plasma, and if the plasma is defective, the nano-coating that grows out of it will be faulty. NanoShield's scientists have persisted for years in developing the most technically challenging SPARK high light arc droplet-free nano-coating in the hope that perfect nanocrystals will grow out of the defect-free plasma to deposit the best possible nano-coating. This dream has been realized with the droplet-free platform of NanoShield SPARK 7. SPARK 7 ensures the stability of PVD-coated products over long periods of time, knowing that a single 1-micron coating droplet destroys a machined product with 5-micron precision requirements. A single defect on a tool's edge can cause cutting lines on the part being machined. Just one droplet on a mold also causes a spot on the machined product as well, neither of which are acceptable results for modern machining.
