Cutting Tool Coating

In response to the challenges of modern cutting tools, Naxi has developed the unique SHRL four-layer tool coating system. The four-layer coating system consists of a stress-absorbing S-coat closest to the substrate, a second layer of high-hardness, wear-resistant H-coat, a third layer of high-temperature-resistant R-coat, and a top layer of low-coefficient-of-friction L-coat, which is the first of its kind in the coating industry, and which can improve the life of cutting tools by two to five times.
