Nash Coating's 2019 Mid-Year Business Management Meeting Ends Successfully

From July 18th to 20th, the 2019 Mid-Year Summary and Second-Half Operation Planning Meeting of Ultrachip Group and NanoShield Coating was successfully held at the Group's headquarters in Jiaxing, China. Supervisors from 8 coating centers and functional heads of headquarters successively summarized the first half of the year, which was steady but challenging in the changing international situation. In the last half day of the meeting, Mr. Yuan Ansu, Chairman of the Board of Directors, arranged the training course "Real masters have "negentropic" bottom thinking" for all the middle and senior executives attending the meeting. Mr. Yuan, the chairman of the board, used the views of "Complexity" (by Melanie Michel) and "The Beauty of the System: Systems Thinking for Decision Makers" (by Denera Meadows) from the book list of Ultrachip Book Club to explain the characteristics of complex systems and the reality that "any change in a closed system will only lead to an increase in entropy", and that entropy maximization will lead the system to balance. The maximization of entropy leads to the deadening of equilibrium.

In the trend of entropy increase, there is still a force in the universe to build order and maintain the creativity of the organization.
