main challenges of modern die casting molds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Higher productivity is the never-ending demand of the modern die-casting industry, and the process environment of die-casting molds has faced new challenges under higher temperature, high pressure and high speed.<br>\u25cf Under the originally harsh process environment, the industry also requires die-cast products to achieve higher precision, and even one-time molding without any secondary processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Advantages of Naxion Coatings for Die Casting Molds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">:: In response to the challenges of modern die casting molds, Nash has developed a unique line of \"Dubba\" die casting coatings. We first infiltrate a 50-200 micron hardened layer at low pressure on the die steel surface, and then deposit our unique SGL film on the support of the hardened layer. This is followed by a stress absorbing S-film, a very thick low thermal conductivity film with a high hardness film crossed with a 1500+ layer G-film, and topped with a low coefficient of friction L-film to prevent sticking of the material.<br>:: The low thermal conductivity G-film of DuraCast's die casting coating effectively slows down the magnitude of hot and cold changes on die casting molds, delaying thermal shock fatigue caused by rapid heating and cooling of the molds. At the same time, the 200-micron-thick hard composite coating can withstand the high pressure in die casting and reduce surface wear to maintain accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<section \u9488\u5bf9\u73b0\u4ee3\u538b\u94f8\u6a21\u5177\u7684\u6311\u6218\uff0c\u7eb3\u72ee\u5f00\u53d1\u51fa\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u201c\u675c\u9738\u201d\u538b\u94f8\u6d82\u5c42\u7cfb\u5217\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5148\u5728\u6a21\u5177\u94a2\u6750\u8868\u9762\u4f4e\u538b\u6e17\u5165\u4e00\u4e2a50-200\u5fae\u7c73\u7684\u786c\u5316\u5c42\uff0c\u63a5\u7740\u5728\u786c\u5316\u5c42\u7684\u652f\u6491\u4e0a\u6c89\u79ef\u6211\u4eec\u72ec\u7279\u7684SGL\u819c\u3002\u4f9d\u6b21\u4e3a\u5e94\u529b\u5438\u6536S\u819c\uff0c\u518d\u6765\u662f\u4e00\u5c42\u975e\u5e38\u539a\u7684\u4f4e\u70ed\u4f20\u5bfc\u901f\u7387\u819c\u4e0e\u9ad8\u786c\u5ea6\u819c\u4ea4\u53c9\u7d2f\u79ef1500\u591a\u5c42\u7684G\u819c\uff0c\u6700\u4e0a\u9762\u518d\u6c89\u79ef\u4e00\u5c42\u4f4e\u6469\u64e6\u7cfb\u6570\u7684L\u819c\u6765\u9632\u6b62\u7c98\u6599\u3002\r\n\u25cf
